Green Smoothie - Great Recipe



ingredients

• 2 cups spinach leaves, packed
• 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
• 15 green or red grapes
• 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt Normal
• 2 tablespoons of avocado
• 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

In a blender or food processor, combine spinach, pears, grapes, yogurt, avocado and lemon juice.

Mix until desired consistency.
